Warranty

Raja Repair Repair Terms & Conditions and Warranty Information. By using Raja Repair's repair services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions below.

A. Repair Terms and Conditions

The Repair Receipt must be brought and shown when collecting the device.

Purchased items cannot be exchanged or returned, except for functional defects within the applicable warranty period.

The repair warranty is rejected or voided if: the LCD is cracked inside or out, the display has lines, water damage, or goes blank due to impact, pressure, or being dropped; the item has previously been repaired or modified elsewhere (the Raja Repair seal is damaged, defective, or missing); damage occurs to parts other than the part being serviced; misuse or improper installation by the customer, or damage caused by disaster (wrong voltage, drops, water spills, fire); physical defects or scratches due to human error after the repair; a swollen battery, battery draining to a total shutdown, issues after an OS update, or damage to parts other than those replaced.

The repair warranty starts from the date the device is collected, applies only within Indonesia, and covers repair service costs (free during the warranty period) as well as replacement of the same spare part if a manufacturing defect is proven.

The repair receipt is valid for 1 (one) month from the date it is issued, unless the repair process is not yet complete.

The customer will be notified once the device has been repaired. Raja Repair reserves the right to cancel the repair and/or is no longer responsible for further damage if the unit has not been collected within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the last notification.

Compensation for items lost or damaged during repair due to theft, fire, riots, or other matters beyond our control is capped at a maximum of 10 (ten) times the repair service fee paid.

An installed screen protector cannot be reapplied and no compensation is given if it comes off or is damaged during the repair process.

B. Consent to the Use of Personal Data

The customer agrees to provide personal data for repair purposes, including but not limited to name, phone number, address, and other relevant information.

By signing the repair receipt, the customer grants consent to Raja Repair and/or its partners/affiliates and appointed third parties to collect, store, manage, and use the data in accordance with Raja Repair's applicable Privacy Policy.

Customer data is used for: registering and recording repair services; clarifying and verifying data (for example iCloud, passcode, or other accounts during the repair process); communication regarding repair status, device collection, and after-sales service; as well as promotion of Raja Repair products and services in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

C. Consent Regarding Data Stored on the Device

The customer must back up all data before handing over the device, including contacts, photos and videos, downloaded apps, calendars, notes, and other documents. The customer understands this data may be lost during repair and is fully responsible for backing it up.

To the extent permitted by applicable regulations in Indonesia, Raja Repair is not responsible for the loss, damage, or reduction of data on the device, nor for any unauthorized copying, access, or use of the data content during the repair or product replacement process.

By signing the repair receipt and/or handing over the device to Raja Repair, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Repair Terms and Conditions, Warranty Information, and Consent to the Use of Personal Data above.
